Love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation—Khalil Gibran
Into the Sunset
Dom stayed silent for long moments; he thought that Brian had fallen back asleep until Brian bit down gently on the muscles in his neck. Then he said softly, “The first race when you lost. You didn’t even seem to notice.”

Repo Men
TFTF/Fastlane crossover, Van Ray/Deaq, Brian/Dom. I love crossovers where I don't need to know canon to read. And if the pictures at the top of the page are anything to go by, I'm damn glad I haven't seen Fastlane, because whoa mullet. This is a great UST thing, though, with cops and a burning building and drugged sex and angst and undercover all mixed in together with Khaleesian's excellent writing to make it work. Fucking love it.
Female Trouble, Male Trouble, and Trouble!
Rome/Brian, Dom/Brian, NC-17. The most believable story I've ever seen using 2F2F canon. This starts out with Brian having built a life for himself, as "with" Rome as Rome will let him, and with Dom losing the last vestiges of his old life. The power dynamics are interesting, the homophobia is well-handled, the pacing is great.
Pursuit
"Bri-an." And Brian was yanked out of his zone, out of the passing traffic, to focus on Calls-Himself-Logan-Yeah-Right. Logan was looking skuzzier than usual tonight - a few extra piercings, his shirt ragged and ripped, and he was twitching a little, looking for trouble, looking for some extra cash. And thinking Brian could provide both. Brian looked at the twitching and tried to assess it - had he had Sugar recently? Or was this something else, just some coke or something?
Life Sentence
“Sit down,” the doctor said. He took blood, three vials filling up dark red. “Any medical conditions?” “No,” Dom said, and then his mouth kept going and said, “What if I want to volunteer for bonding?” The doctor peered at him over the glasses. “Do you want to volunteer for bonding?” It hung in the air. Dom felt it like a noose around his throat, squeezing. Twenty-five to life. “Yeah,” he said.
The Next Quarter Mile
“We going to get somewhere anytime soon?” Dom said. Brian was staring out the windshield. “Do you trust me?” “What the fuck kind of question is that?” Dom said. “If you say yes, I’m going to take you on the worst fucking ride of your life,” Brian said. “Do you trust me?”
