After moving to Lima, Ohio, Sam Evans was prepared to hate his new life: cliched school, a promise to a new friend to join two conflicting extracurricular activities, and a fierce Pre-Calculus class. The one good he could find was a countertenor by the name of Kurt Hummel who slowly turned all of the negatives of William McKinley High School to positives and made Sam fall for him along the way.
