Listening to his dad play when he thinks Dylan is asleep makes Dylan kind of sad and worried. His dad is good, that’s what everyone says. But no one ever gets discovered in Arkansas. Alfie says even Baltimore is better if you want to be famous, but he still thinks that city kind of stinks, so he doesn’t recommend it to Dylan. He says they need to move to Los Angeles. That’s where all the famous people live. And Alfie has an Aunt Madeleine there, and he can totally come and visit sometimes. Dylan doesn’t have his own computer, but his dad lets him use the one in the living room. He even has his own account there, with his very own user picture (Batman) and password (robinsux). So he already looked Los Angeles up, and he’s pretty sure Alfie is right about this. Because Los Angeles is where Adam Lambert lives, and if his dad is ever going to make an album and give concerts and stuff, Adam Lambert is the guy to help.

In which Adam (a rock star) meets Kris (a single dad) at an Emergency Room in Arkansas at the end of a particularly shitty night. Also features: San Francisco, fresh starts, baked goods, OCs, cameo appearances by Matt and Megan, pirates, monsters with garbage heads and a recording studio.

Kris was the Master Vampire of the West Coast. If it happened in LA then Kris knew about it. Everything except how Adam Lambert, former Master's Pet to Simon Cowell, not only made his way to LA, but why just being in Adam's presence drives Kris nuts. Kris was never one to back down from a challenge though.

When Kris starts feeling sick he's sure the only place he can go to for answers is a place he swore he'd never return to. With his boyfriend Adam by his side, he makes the trip back to the town where he grew up. His mother welcomes him back with open arms but when she learns about Kris' illness, she decides it's time he knew the truth about their people.

Kris Allen had known that he wasn't going to spend the rest of his life doing nothing but charity work. He's made it his main focus over the years, but as Crown Prince of Arkansas, he'd known that it wasn't going to last forever. Kings can't exactly spend the majority of their reign in other countries helping other people and neglecting their own. Still, Kris had thought he had a few more years of freedom before he'd have to give up taking such an active role in his work. Then his parents arrange a marriage for him.

College student Adam Lambert doesn't really believe in the magical powers of knitting needles until he meets Kris Allen, knitting shop owner by day and gay erotica writer by night. Kris is an enigma wrapped in an adorable package and Adam finds himself wanting to strip away his layers (literally as well as figuratively), but at the end of the day will that be enough to make Adam mess with his carefully laid plans, or will his desire to "make it" stand in the way of true love?

This is not happening. He's not chained up in the back of a van driving through the desert to fucking Arkansas of all places. He definitely hasn't been kidnapped by some tiny adorable dude with a gun babbling about how Adam is his mate. And there is no way in hell he's a werewolf. Except for how the first two things are very clearly true, and he's starting to worry about the third.
