dont tell me what i need
It's involuntary the way his knees seem to buckle and give out and throw him onto the ground. It takes him a moment to realize he's hyperventilating, tears running frustratingly down his cheeks as he rubs his clothed erection slowly against the carpet. / Or the one where Bakugou Katsuki is presenting as a fucking omega, and there's nothing he can do to stop it
Anywhere With You (feels like Paris in the rain)
Distantly, as Will talks, he remembers his mother running her fingers through his hair, the music on the TV, their living room smelling like the dinner they’d just had, sparse but comforting. He remembers his mother looking at him, and telling him you are not a reflection of those who cannot love you. Remember this, Wolfgang. He’d wanted to ask her, what that meant, but something in the way she looked at him stopped him in his tracks. He thinks he understands now, what his mother meant. He’s worth it. To them, he’s worth it. A fic from Wolfgang's PoV, spanning the entire finale.
Comes in Threes
They were back in the Positano villa, the place they had spent their honeymoon, and the symbolism of it had not escape Rajan. Three times he’d come here with his wife now. The first they had come together, just the two of them, to embark upon their shared life together. The second time he had arrived without her, but with all of people, all of the secrets, she had withheld from him. He had followed blindly behind her into a world of violence and persecution and warfare, and such love, so much love he barely knew how to process it. It was then he and his wife started their marriage anew, with the knowledge that they understood each other now, with clarity, and generosity, and hope. This third time, Wolfgang Bogdanow was their only companion, and Rajan could not help but wonder what that meant for the third symbolic consummation of his marriage. Perhaps this place was destined to be both where his marriage had opened, and where it would close.
Here there be monsters
Sanji thinks he's got Zoro's number from day one, and there's not a thing about the swordsman that doesn't look monstrous. Then Sanji runs into the Vinsmokes again and is reminded what real monsters are like.
Embers
Dragon's fire is not so easily extinguished; when Zuko rediscovers a lost firebending technique, shifting flames can shift the world...
lawlessness
Rajan watches Wolfgang pick up his wife and twirl her around; they look good together, like two halves of a whole—although that isn’t particularly true, with six of their other selves standing nearby. He feels a knot twist in his stomach; Rajan tells himself it’s jealousy.
Such Things Are Possible
From Paris to Naples, from the Eiffel Tower to an exploding tour bus, from eating pizza to discovering his wife has a secret telepathic lover: Rajan is getting a lot of mileage out of his holiday. Or, the one that's literally just Amor Vincit Omnia from Rajan's point of view.
the news as consolation
“We’re not a clan, you’re not a clan leader, and I’m not your wife,” Wen Qing snaps, wiping her hands on her skirts and looking down at him, which he knows she likes to do, so he doesn’t feel too chastened by it. “It’s been nine days since the last time one of our people was snatched off the path, and he lost an ear before we could get to him. But you’re right, why not get comfortable?” Wei Wuxian cocks his head. “So you admit they’re our people?”
the yunmeng accords
“Just do what you can, Senior Wei!” Sizhui whispers. “We’ll be right here!” “Yeah!” Jingyi says. “And just remember: it’s going to be a disaster either way, so it’s not like there’s much you can do about it!” (Or: Lan Wangji and Jiang Cheng plan a discussion conference together. It goes about as well as Wei Wuxian expects.)
Perfect Fit
Mina and Toru take Ochako out shopping, and Ochako discovers that stores exist with clothes actually meant to fit on girls with actual curves.
love of mine, someday you will rise
In life and in death, Xichen’s love will never leave him. (or: nie mingjue's fierce corpse is granted sentience, and sets out to fix things.)
Pain Is What Makes Us People
Yeah I Know How You Like It
Lan Wangji leaned forward to lick the sweat off of Wei Wuxian’s neck. “I am fucking you,” he said as Wei Wuxian started to whine. He took his hand away, blinking his way back into the jingshi. Lan Wangji was laying there as unruffled as ever. “You really like the begging, huh?” Wei Wuxian said weakly. Lan Wangji’s smile was so warm, his eyes so soft. He said, “Wei Ying’s voice is pleasing to me.” --- Wei Wuxian can read Lan Wangji's mind. He's surprised by what he finds there.
Sacrifice Gambit
Sometimes Lan Qiren wondered why Nie Huaisang was so determined to hide his light under a stone. He would have long ago grown bored of playing weiqi against the foolish headshaker of legend or the vacant-eyed crybaby that perennially sobbed into his nephew’s sleeve, and yet they had been playing these games for years and years, all throughout the decade since Nie Huaisang had become Sect Leader. He didn’t ask, though, and he didn’t point it out to anyone. He’d find out the reason, one day.
Cursing Yanli
I would like for you to consider that, of all the Yunmeng sibs, Jiang Yanli can curse both Wei Wuxian and Jiang Cheng under their table. It comes from frequenting the fish markets and the piers, and listening and observing carefully before proceeding to haggle her way through the week’s shopping. The first time bb!Wei Ying heard her switch into sailor speak he stared at her with huge huge eyes and said “can you teach me”
the life and times of charles vane
It's not a secret that Charles was a slave, but it's also not a thing he talks about. It's a thing he'd confessed to Jack one night, when there had been a shipment of slaves in the harbor destined for the inland plantations. Charles had stared and then gone and drunk himself into a stupor. Jack had come to fish him out of a fight in the tavern and haul him back to his tent, stumbling and belligerent. He'd wiped Charles's brow, given him water, and said if I'm to be your keeper I at least deserve to know why you've gotten yourself into this state. And Charles had told him, words slurring together, not the specifics but the general idea.
Mating Rituals
No, really. Fighting is a metaphor.
JC Meta
In that scene when JC hallucinates his family at Lotus Pier, do you think it’s a memory or what he /wishes/ had happened? Because I remember in the novel it said that the number of times JFM picked him up could be counted on one hand or something, but in the hallucination he’s very physically affectionate with JC
Fierce Corpse Nie Mingjue | Ep. 41 (flashback)
The fact that Wei WuXian is still empathizing with Nie MingJue during this scene leads me to believe that Nie MingJue was, perhaps, not a fierce corpse. He was still very much alive even if it was a strange half-life. Jin GuangYao also orders Xue Yang to kill him (They use Baxia! How evil can you get!?) and you can’t kill someone that isn’t alive/is already dead. So CQL Nie MingJue did not die by qi deviation. He died by decapitation.
First Blood
Nie Mingjue A northern soldier. Old with a grey beard, Baxia took his head clean off.
reach for me and bridge that dark divide
Huaisang drags Meng Yao to the kink club. Meng Yao is not having a good time, until he is suddenly having a very good time. Turns out holding hands and eating frozen yogurt can qualify as kink if you do it right.
an act too often neglected
The single faceless, anonymous photograph on the profile that catches his eye is shot in elegant black-and-white, and there’s something about the crispness of the focus and the markedly off-center composition that says art, for once, rather than mugshot. The caption below is equally sparse: “5’6. Demanding.” (Or: Meng Yao gets wrecked by that Good Lan Dick. Lan Xichen gets wrecked by Meng Yao's Whole Deal.)
clever boy
Tang Fan never spares a smile for any of the girls at Wang Zhi’s establishment, he’s noticed. That's alright, though. It means Wang Zhi gets his attention for himself. - An exploration of Wang Zhi and Tang Fan's relationship.
Rowhome.
It's incredible that he doesn't cry. He must just be too tired, too wired, to let it out. Maybe his body is saving the liquid for something.
Pride Is Not The Word
Shang Qinghua goes to take a self-indulgent peek at his baby protagonist son and gets a kick to the shrivelled heart for his troubles. He gave up on changing the story years ago! Yet he finds himself helping his protagonist son's adoptive mother anyway. Just this one change won't matter too much, right? One little change leads to more. Shang Qinghua never meant to care, but he becomes invested in making sure that his new family survives the looming plot. With the changes to the world cascading around him, with his position as a traitor pulling him between his sect and a certain ice demon, and with the protagonist growing up so quickly, how is one displaced author meant to ensure that everything turns out all right? A Pre-Canon to Canon Divergence story.
In print.
He doesn’t look up when Baiyi passes. Probably doesn’t even remember him. So what. You don't need a rosebush to remember you, you just enjoy catching sight of it here and there.
Argue with Gods and Awaken Devils
“Would you fuck off already?” Bakugou’s voice rang out over the sounds of the party, prompting several members of 1A to look over in concern. Izuku bit his lip and joined them, peering around Uraraka’s shoulder where she sat beside him on the couch. Iida frowned and stood, ready to step in before Bakugou could start a fight. “Hey, man, no need to yell, we were just—” “You were just being a fucking creep. She’s obviously not fucking interested, jackass.” Izuku blinked

The Desert Storm
Four years after Order 66 and the fall of the Jedi Order, a grieving, struggling Ben Kenobi finds himself inexplicably taken back in time, crashing headlong into the foundations of fate. Grasping hope and vengeance with both hands, Ben rebuilds his identity and seeks to change the course of history: by saving Anakin Skywalker, the Jedi Order, the galaxy - and just maybe saving Obi-Wan Kenobi along the way. Featuring a heavy dose of Mandalorian involvement, overall world-building, cultural exploration, and every star wars trope I have ever wanted to write. This saga is written in chronological order and is meant to be read from the first book through to the end. It is also written in a manner designed to be just as engaging the second time around, as some details become more meaningful in the context of hindsight.
cornered animals bear their teeth
Shang Qinghua has made certain oversights. He never, in any of his escape plans, accounted for the presence of his bro. And so, like a cornered animal would, Shang Qinghua bares his teeth. It should have been a warning, but the demon just laughs.
Royal Consort Liu Qingge
Liu Qingge gets over his feelings toward Shen Qingqiu. He's promptly courted by newlyweds Shang Qinghua and Mobei-Jun. Eventual MoShangLiu happy ending
Personality Swap AU
It was a normal day in Class 1-A, emphasis on the 'was'. Really, when Aizawa was giving his lecture on the importance of personas in heroics, they should have just listened...instead, they get to deal with a Midoriya that acts like Bakugou for the day. Hint: It's terrifying.
not a trace of me would argue
"I'm sorry I mocked you, yesterday," Ning Yingying says at last. "About giving the demoness a shot with you. I am forced to admit we can maybe learn something from the way you do things." "The way I do things," Liu Mingyan repeats. "You mean not having sex?" "Yeah," says Ning Yingying. Liu Mingyan is unsure how to feel about "not having sex" being one of her defining characteristics. She never set out for it to happen, although it is true that she didn't set out for it to not happen, either. All she knows is she is entirely uninterested in sex with Binghe, and that is apparently enough to make her unique.
What Lies Underneath
No one was ever supposed to see Hawks out of uniform. Much like how Keigo Takami has been buried for years beneath the Hero name Hawks, so too had his body been concealed beneath his hero persona's trademark khaki, gloves, and boots. A carefully crafted public image, every aspect of Hawk's life had been designed to accommodate this to ensure the public never saw what was hidden beneath the hero's uniform.
A Suffocating Grip
“What in the hell are you on about?” Hawks bites back, and fights down the growing panic in his lungs. He hasn’t been scolded like this since he was a kid, what could he have possibly done to make Tanaka-san so angry? Hawks does everything they say, he’s careful. “I’m busy working my ass off making it into the top ten! What could I have possibly done?” Tanaka-san sighs, still agitated, but disappointed in a way that makes Hawks’ stomach churn. “Look your name up on your phone.” Hawks numbly pulls up the search bar on his phone and searches ‘pro hero hawks.’ And, there it is, the first bold headline on the page. Star-Crossed Hero Love Affair? Underneath the article is a picture of Hawks and Todoroki Natsuo at the cafe they’d visited this past weekend. Picture Hawks has his head thrown back, cackling, and Natsuo is leaning forward, drinking in his laughter with a pleased smile on his face. His arms are extended across the table, as though waiting to hold Hawks’ hand. Shit.
Hawks Gets Triggered
“Give me an update, Nedzu,” Aizawa spits into his phone as he yanks the car door open, “What do we know?” “At around four o’clock today, the pro hero Hawks was doing an impromptu signing for fans when a member of the hate-group known as the Creature Rejection Clan pulled out a gun and shot into the crowd. Like any hero, Hawks took the bullet himself, rather than risk civilian injury.” “And how exactly did that lead him to kidnapping Tokoyami?” Or Hawks gets hit with Trigger and it brings out his bird instincts. Tokoyami is there for all of it.
an infinity between you and me
Satoru only has two eyes but it feels like he's got six. The doctor says he's blessed to have a one in a billion quirk, but there's a part of Satoru that knows he's only got a fifth of a whole. or The Prison Realm drops Gojo Satoru into the BNHA-verse and that changes things.
Well Met
Aizawa didn't expect to enjoy HeroCon this year. Especially not being on a panel with All Might -- whose bright idea was that? Meeting Yagi Toshinori changes everything. He's funny. (Oh no.) He's unapologetic. (Oh no.) He's interesting. (Oh shit.)
Hell
Sanji describes his time on Momorio Island as "hell". Despite what he lets his crewmates believe it has nothing to do with the lack of ladies. He spent two years either fleeing or fighting. He did not come away unscarred and did not have a fun adventure. An attempt at a canon compliant explanation for Sanji's reactions without just being a prejudiced jerk. Lots of trauma and internal narrative.
95% cacao
Sanji feels eyes on him before he even hears the footsteps, and he sighs, leaning forward and resting his elbows on the rail. He could try to run, he knows, could jump over the rail and make his escape before whoever it is is upon him, but really what would be the point? It's not like he has anywhere to escape to. A glance over his shoulder reveals one of Big Mom's Sweet Commanders, the big one with the tattoos and the scarf, and for the second time since arriving on Tottoland Sanji finds himself meeting golden eyes. The man's expression is blank, the greater part of his face hidden beneath the bulk of his scarf, but one glance at him is enough to tell this isn't going to be a friendly encounter. "Don't worry." Sanji says, leaning against the rail and bringing his cigarette to his lips, breathing deep. He blows out a cloud of smoke, not meeting the man's eyes as he looks over the lower palace, counting the lights still on in the town below. "I'm not trying to escape."
Smoke Break
After five years of traveling together, Sanji still finds new things to learn about his crewmates.
A Long Overdue Shedding
“I might end up having to kill you. That makes me an enemy, don’t you understand?” “But enemies are supposed to hate each other, right?” Straw Hat questioned, drawing his eyes back to Katakuri’s face. “Do you?” (Luffy is insistent that he and Katakuri are friends, and Katakuri is insistent that they are not. One of them is very much in denial, but perhaps for good reason.)

don’t you worry ‘bout my pride
It starts then. Thinking little of it, feeling only pleased and relaxed, Law smiles and says into the heat of Zoro’s skin, “Join my crew.”
