Everyone knows that Gerard Way is an idealist. Gerard wants to save the world and the lives of every last one of his fans, and Gerard believes in love and happiness and rainbows and equality and lots of other bullshit like that. Still, Gerard thinks he can see where it might come from. Gerard knows he's nowhere near as enthralling when he doesn't have a microphone in his hands.
