A job goes south, and Eliot has no sense of humor when it comes to his team and Death.

They just point him in the right direction and get out of his way, and he doesn't have to make decisions or ask questions. Just his fists, and knives, and every now and then a gun, because Eliot still hates them, but sometimes it's the only way out.

(Or, that time Bull was kind of a lonely, grumpy cop trying to figure out if Dorian was an ancient dragon hell-bent on exacting vengeance on humanity by killing people one at a time via the pretty inefficient method of selling them pets... or if he was just lonely and grumpy too.)

The best thing about “trade negotiations” is that no one is ever likely interrupt them.

The Leverage crew run into a new friend, find some buried treasure, and fight some Nazis. It's a pretty good day.

What starts out as a routine con for the Leverage crew takes a turn for the worse when Eliot, in a case of mistaken identity, is kidnapped by the BPO. To rescue him, Parker and Hardison will have to team up with a hacker named Nomi Marks and venture into a world stranger than anything they've ever imagined.

The idea and general outline are based very, very loosely on the idea of Pride and Prejudice, but you won't find very much of that story here. It does, however, mean there are two couples, and at least one misunderstanding. "Could there be finer symptoms? Is not general incivility the very essence of love?" — Pride and Prejudice

Alec Hardison had given a lot of thought to how he would die. Death by cop. Thrown into the darkest hole Guantanamo Bay possessed.
