Trying to put the shattered pieces of his life together, he comes across Jason Todd; former member of the Wayne Parapsychic Institute and a powerhouse in terms of Talent, alive in an asylum years after everyone assumed him dead. Tim is determined to help Jason find a way back. Jason might end up teaching him a way forward.
