Coming Home
Set a few months into their first mission, the Enterprise is ordered to pick up a Vulcan Healer and transport him to the new colony. Once there they are scheduled to remain and assist with the early stages of setting up the colony. Kirk's liaison is his 'old friend' Ambassador Spock, now known as Elder Sepak, who takes the opportunity to help Kirk and Spock become better acquainted.
Affliction's Sons
There has been a Pon Farr outbreak on New Vulcan. Sarek goes to investigate but is trapped on an uninhabited planet with Winona Kirk just as he begins Pon Farr himself. Spock and Jim save their parents, only to discover that they are now stepbrothers. Dealing with the outbreak, their parents' new relationship, and their own friends-with-benefits relationship will challenge both of them.
One Wing
Kirk and Spock are on a strange planet with no weapons, no communicators, and no clue what the hell is happening. They have no way of knowing that Spock Prime's life depends on their choices.
Deeper Down
A sequel to One Wing. It's been one year since the Narada Engagement and four months since Captain Kirk and Spock found themselves stranded on Veridian III. While the Enterprise is called back to San Francisco to mark the anniversary Nero's attack, Spock is obliged to travel to New Chicago to attend Amanda's memorial service. Jim opts to go with him, never expecting to run straight into his own better-left-forgotten past.
clearly, this is meant to be
[reboot AU] Winona Kirk's discovery that Jim needed glasses, has reprecussions that lead him away from the position of Captain when it comes to the Enterprise, changes the people around him, and changes the face of the man who is known as JamesTiberius Kirk. But then again, something never change.
Anansesem
Kirk didn't escape from the Delta Vega ice monster completely unscathed, and all the changes are driving him a little crazy - but not nearly so crazy as his sudden possessiveness over Spock
So Wise We Grow
“Commander Spock, we have located your son,” the Vulcan lady on the screen says, which would be great, except Jim can tell by the look on Spock’s face that he’s never heard of this kid before in his life. “If it is expedient, the child will be sent to join you on the Enterprise within the week.”
Looking For a Place to Happen
In a timeline where the Vulcans never allowed Earth freedom from their oversight, Jim Kirk doesn't fit in. All he needs to get away is a fast ship and a crew as crazy as he is; luckily, some things are universal constants. Notes: An AU expanded and continued from a shorter fic, which has now become the prologue. Fic and part titles variously come from songs by the Tragically Hip, Iggy Pop and Bob Dylan and a quote you may recognize from TOS.
Home
In Progress. K/S, but slow-building. A misshap brings the Enterprise back to Earth for a while.
Only Good for Legends
Detective Spock, born on Vulcan and resident of San Francisco, is assigned to the Midwest police bureau. I think everyone can guess what happens next.
Fighting Gravity
When Spock left Starfleet after the encounter with Nero, Jim thought he'd lost his chance at their supposedly destined friendship. Upon returning to Earth after the Enterprise's first five-year mission, he discovers that Spock lost far more. Jim's willing to fight for the bright future they were promised, but the one thing standing in its way is Spock himself.
Pride and Prejudice
[STXI AU of Jane Austen’s classic, Pride and Prejudice] Vivacious Jim is fascinated and repelled by the arrogant Mr. Spock, whose condescending airs and acrid tongue have alienated Jim’s entire family. The romantic clash of these two opinionated young people occurs on an Earth long-settled by Vulcans, whose elite, logic-minded race comprises the top of the social hierarchy. Jim and Spock find themselves in a spirited courtship that challenges their beliefs about themselves and the world they live in.
(Ain't No) Fortunate Son
Pretty Woman Human redux. Hooker!Kirk.
Ten Years Younger (and Half a Meter Shorter)
Sybok takes a class called History of Language over at the University, and meets a classmate who's even smarter than he is.
Amalgamation
As a half-Vulcan, Spock never expects to imprint. It's rare enough for a full-blooded Vulcan to imprint, so why should he have it easy? But he does imprint – on the delinquent who sabotaged his Kobayashi Maru. And everything he once knew is about to change.
Don't Worry (i'm okay now)
Seven people and events that shaped James Kirk into the captain he was meant to be, and one that made no difference at all.
Feathered Frenzy
You know of those stories where the transporter sends Kirk or Spock careening into another universe where everything is weird? Well, this isn't one of those. No, this is the story where the transporter makes everything weird in its own universe. Though it skipped the gender-change trope. No, this is a new one. Add on sex, political negotiations, angry admirals, and an unexpected marriage and things get quite complicated.
Magpie
Spock met Jim when he was 7 and Jim was 6. It has since been generally agreed that this was a mistake (or: the one where they grow up together and things are simultaneously better and worse for it).
Decimation
Spock is pretty much doomed the minute Jane realizes that the fatshirt is incredibly slutty, and also regulation.
Starstuck
Your name is Dave Strider and your universe is DEAD. You have to find a safe place for your nubby-horned, alien companion in the DEPTHS OF SPACE. Under normal circumstances, you would be deader than your old universe, but you're no longer a MERE HUMAN, having ascended to god tier. The troll has not, but it helps that you hitch a ride on a FANCY SPACESHIP. All you need to do is find your MISSING FRIENDS and you are golden. >>AU after the scratch. USS Enterprise [UE] began texting turntechGodhead [TG] at ??? UE: Hello. This is Captain James T. Kirk of the starship USS Enterprise. We are on a peaceful mission of exploration. UE: My communications officer picked up an odd signal from this location. Can we offer any assistance? --Now with FANART--
Treasures
Sometimes the other Vulcans wonder how Spock managed to obtain such an exotic bondmate, and sometimes Spock wonders himself.
a sequence that you never learned
"'Spock,' Jim breathes out, completely overwhelmed by the gesture—not quite believing that Spock knows him so well, that's he's already started researching, that he trusts Jim with a member of his own endangered species." When Jim gets it in his head to adopt an eight year old Vulcan, Spock presents a logical solution to the issue of Jim's humanity: marriage to a Vulcan citizen.
