Not in an accusing way, but in a "I want to make sure you're really okay with it, because there are dynamics here that might make it seem like you don't have a choice, but you should know that you really really do" way. Bonus for emphasizing their loyalty to Peter, but also letting Neal know that if Peter's abusing his authority in some way, they will stand up for Neal regardless of the consequences. I think this would be great either from Diana's POV or Jones' (especially Jones' because we haven't gotten to see quite so much of him.) Specifics of Neal's reaction are up to you, but I'd like him to be touched by the fact that they care about him enough to ask.
