Doesn't Your Kid Fly?
Dick pulled a face at the new paperwork. “Why do we gotta lie on this stuff, anyway? People aren’t gonna know what I can do exactly when I’m Robin...” “But they’ll suspect,” Bruce answered, typing something on his computer. “This way, if they think Richard Grayson isn’t all that impressive of a metahuman, it’s more cover for Robin flying through Gotham.” “Hmph.” --- In an AU where small, token superpowers are common enough to have their own optional line on forms alongside name and age, it's totally coincidence for Batman to have picked up a circus kid capable of flight. And a tire thief with super strength. And a- well, alright, the pint-sized photographer with not-actual-invisibility makes for a pattern, but even so. (He still tells the Justice League he doesn't allow metahumans in Gotham, though. Somehow with a straight face.) Series
Crochet Code
The crochet code used by the troopers in Per My Last Scarf by wanderingjedihistorian. Simple in concept (each letter is represented by a duo of two stitches) Contains logistics, the letters, and a few example phrase patterns!
Jaberwocky Scarf (In ThatAloneOne's Crochet Code)
Using this Crochet Code by ThatAloneOne, with some modifications, I translated Lewis Carroll's poem "Jaberwocky" and made a scarf.
To the North
When Robbie's vision cleared, his father, King Joffrey Baratheon, first of his name, lay unconscious upon the floor in a puddle of spilt wine. Robb Stark lived. Many things followed as a result - some impressive, several insane, and quite a few straight out of tales of the Age of Heroes. Perhaps the only unfortunate one among them was Joffrey remaining on the Iron Throne, his worst impulses and tendencies only barely held in check by those around him. Until the day he goes too far, and gets hit over the head with a pitcher of wine as a result.

Adopted By A Ghostling.
Jason Todd takes after Bruce Wayne in an unexpected way by having a small child decide he's their dad now. Of course, it starts out rocky and nerve wrecking because this 6-year-old is a brat, but he can't just ditch a Tiny Meta Child with a possible connection to Lazarus Pits alone to wander the streets of Gotham. Even if the kid wouldn't just follow him back home.
Two Plans
Talia meant for Jason to realize that Tim had no business being Robin, that he needed to be removed from the position. Jason watched the videos over and over.
don't make me laugh, i'll choke
"You're..." The kid trails off, seeming to collect his thoughts. "You are bisexual, correct?" Tim stills. That's what this is about, huh? "...Yeah, I am." He's tempted to ask why, but he's sure that question will be answered soon, and he doesn't want to seem like he's pushing too far. "So... how did you know? That you were not..." "Straight?" Tim supplies, and Damian nods. --- Damian Wayne realizes he may not be straight. He consults the only person he thinks will understand, which happens to be one Tim Drake.
Hurdle to Jump
Damian has never experienced sexual attraction in the way a majority of the populace does, but he's never been one to let himself miss out on anything. He's also not someone who has any interest in having another person touch him. The solution? Simply doing it himself.
a kidnapping a day (keeps the board of directors away)
And, well. He gets impatient when he’s already in pain. He’s still got fifteen minutes until the meeting is set to begin, and the chances of him slapping Mr. Smith-Harguson so hard that the man’s toupee flies off are rising exponentially by the second. Yeah, that settles it. He needs an excuse to get out of here, and he needs it fast. - for the prompt 'jason todd, lover of fake kidnappings, meets tim drake, lover of chaos', but it... got out of hand. happy pride
Per My Last Scarf
Trapper sat down, datapad in hand. “Ok, ready to transcribe.” Wooley smoothed the scarf down one more time, then started inspecting the stitches.
No Place Left to Hide
Danny is on the run. He wants nothing more than to see his family, but they're out of his reach at the moment. Then he sees a magazine article and accompanying photo of Damian Wayne. His long-lost twin brother. Maybe he does have some family he can check on. Just to spy from a distance, of course. Getting too close would only make his situation worse. But when he gets caught in the halls of Gotham Academy, he might not have a choice in the matter.
handmaiden!Anakin
“What will happen to me now?” Anakin asks much later, voice very quiet as they make brief, fleeting eye contact in front of Qui-Gon’s blazing pyre. Obi-Wan doesn’t have an answer for him. ----- “I swear to you, Anakin Skywalker, no one is going to own you while I breathe,” she tells him fiercely.
when you don't believe, that's why you fail
"Superboy will be staying at Mount Justice for now," Bruce says. He doesn't look at Clark as he says it. Clark doesn't look at him either. ". . . Mount Justice is a cave," Captain Marvel says, clearly even more bewildered. "And Superboy is solar-powered. Isn't that kind of . . . I don't know . . . mean?" "'Mean'?" Clark repeats in disbelief before he can think better of it.
Routine
in the ashes
“Guess it is true what they say,” Boil mutters behind him. “The Grey Wardens really will take anyone.” Despite his red-rimmed eyes, Fives grins. “Looks like the set up to a punchline. If two mages and an elf walk into a tavern…” - When the battle of Ostagar goes sour, Cody grabs what brothers he can and escapes into the Wilds. Trouble of an unexpected sort is waiting for them there.
Transform and Sail Out!
It was an exciting day for Luffy when he met a rather unusual looking fellow at the port.
Blindside
This is so not Hawks's day. Rumi is getting antsy with his stalling, frowning as the faint light that filters up to them puts a gleam in her eye. Hawks needs a plan fast, and one that will convince the League he's at least tried to play their side when they inevitably show up to see him and Rumi wrecking the absolute shit out of their pet monster. "Okay," Hawks says, "This is gonna sound real weird, but I need you to punch me in the face. It's for - " CRACK!
Sugar Sweet
It’s been a long time since Gojou Satoru last celebrated his birthday. Or, Gojou gets surprised by his cute students and has a revelation. Resting his arm on the table, Satoru props his chin up, watching the kids bickering between themselves. They’re filled with such innocence, despite being sorcerers, and maybe Ijichi is right— Satoru should let them enjoy their youth where they can. He’d never had that himself, as the target of assassins from the moment of his birth. “Oh, almost forgot!” Nobara says, grabbing a paper bag from the worktop and dropping it in front of Satoru. “We also got you this.” Satoru raises his eyebrow and grins. “You got me a paper bag? How wonderful!”
Hellspawn
For most people, dying and waking up in your eight-year-old body is a second chance at life. For Dabi, it is a chance to make his shitty father’s life a living hell. Or: Dabi sucks at this whole time travelling thing. In his defence though, there’s really not much a kid can do in the grand scheme of things… or so he thought.

The door slams closed again the second Fox clears the threshold. The street crowd has largely fallen back into its normal rhythm, everyone moved on from the disruption. Which just leaves Fox, and the kid. Great.
