Spock and Kirk fall asleep together; Kirk has nightmares about his asshole stepfather abusing him in someway. Being in close proximity and so close, Spock sleep-mind-melds himself into Jim's nightmare, and either helps him through it, or rescues him from it.

They're not friends yet. That takes time, more than a few really disastrous missions, two anniversaries, and quite a lot of bloodshed. Jim's never been the patient type.

Spock/Kirk, Spock enters Pon Farr while trapped somewhere with Kirk. Kirk is clueless.

Kid!Kirk (transformed) and no one wants to take care of him, so the responsibility falls to Spock. There's an Ambassador on board who doesn't know what happened and see's Kirk messing around. The Ambassador gets onto him and when Kirk talks back, is about to hit him (because in his culture, that's how they deal with children)

Where Kirk and Spock get turned into 6-year olds; Spock is quiet and curious, Kirk is loud and protective, the crew is amused and McCoy is at the end of his rope. :D

Post-movie, Captain girl!Kirk (born a girl! was always a girl! because there's just not enough het kink/smut here!) is being VERY publicly pursued by some Starfleet higher up/random dignitary/important world leader/high ranking official/etc. (Elaborate, public courtship ritual, please!)

Kirk manages to get himself totally brutalized. Awkward comforting and patching up from McCoy and/or Spock ensues, possibly followed by sex.
